Our delivery and payment conditions listed here apply. Changes are only effective with our written confirmation.
Conclusion of the contract
With your order you submit a binding offer to us to conclude a contract with you. We can accept this offer by sending you an order confirmation by email or by delivering the ordered goods. First you will receive a confirmation of the receipt of your order by email to the email address you provided (order confirmation). However, a purchase contract is only concluded when our order confirmation is sent to you by email or when the ordered goods are delivered.
When ordering from our online shop, the ordering process comprises a total of 4 steps. In the first step you select the desired goods. In the second step, you enter your customer data including the billing address and, if necessary, a different delivery address. In the third step you choose how you want to pay. In the last step, you have the option of reviewing all details (e.g. name, address, form of payment, ordered items) and correcting them before you send your order to us by clicking on 'Send order'.
The following rules apply when an order is received in our online shop: The consumer submits a binding contract offer by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in our online shop.
The order takes place in the following steps:
- Selection of the desired goods
- Confirm by clicking the "Go to shopping cart" button
- Check the information in the shopping cart
- Press the "Checkout" button
- Registration in the online shop after registration and entry of the applicant details (email address and password).
- Check again or correct the data entered.
- Binding dispatch of the order.
Before the customer submits the order after checking his details in the shopping cart , he can return to the website by pressing the "back button" of the used Internet browser and continue to order or
to correct input errors.
We immediately confirm receipt of the order by an automatically generated email ("order confirmation"). We herewith accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our internet shop: We save the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by email. You can also view the terms and conditions at any time at http://www.mieroprint.com/agbs.php. You can view your past orders in our customer area under Customer area -> My orders.
Prices - shipping costs
Our prices include VAT, but not the shipping costs. The customer has to bear customs duties and similar charges. The invoice is always issued in euros. Errors and price changes are expressly reserved.
Mieroprint Musikverlag will deliver the ordered goods as quickly as possible. Indications about the delivery date are not binding. We are entitled to partial services and partial deliveries. Shipping is free for private customers within Germany from € 30.00. (See heading shipping expenses) The cost of the respective delivery will be charged to the customer in the amount shown. With clear information when ordering, special shipping requests can be considered, but any additional cost that may result from this will be charged.
The dispatch of the goods takes place at the expense and risk of the recipient.
We accept no liability for transport damage or delays in transport. Claims for damage against the carrier can only be made by the recipient.
Our invoices are due for payment within 14 days after delivery of the goods and receipt of the invoice, without any discount and free of charge for us.
The goods remain the property of the seller until all payment claims of the seller against the buyer have been fulfilled.
Warranty
The guarantee is based on the statutory provisions. Complaints are to be reported by the buyer within 7 days after receipt of the goods at the latest. Returns are only accepted after prior agreement. For returns due to defects or incorrect deliveries, a replacement will be delivered free of charge.
Data protection
When you visit our website, the IP address currently used by your PC, the date and time, the browser type and the operating system of your PC as well as the pages you are viewing are logged. However, we are not able to draw any conclusions about personal data, nor are we intending to.
The personal data that you give us e.g. when placing an order or by email (e.g. your name and contact details) will only be processed for correspondence with you and only for the purpose for which you have provided us with the data. We assure that we will not pass on your personal data to third parties, unless we are legally obliged to do so or you have given your express prior consent.
Insofar as we use third-party services for the execution of the transaction processes the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act are observed.
Copy prohibition:
Without exception, all music sheets and CDs contained in our offer are protected by law. Any kind of reproduction is prohibited and punishable.
Performances of protected works
must be reported to the Society for Musical Performing and Mechanical Reproduction Rights: GEMA, Bayreuther Strasse 37, 10787 Berlin / Postfach 301 240, 10722 Berlin.

Insofar as we refer to or link to the websites of third parties from our website, we cannot assume any liability or liability for the correctness or completeness of the content and the data security of these websites. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
German law applies to the exclusion of the UN purchase law. Place of performance and jurisdiction is Münster / Westphalia.
Any ineffectiveness of individual provisions of the contract does not affect the effectiveness of the remaining provisions and these general terms and conditions
